Competitive and inclusive polo on some of the best pitches in the UK

Cambridge and Newmarket Polo Club is the East of England's leading polo club, with three pitches and extensive grounds, including an all weather arena.

The Club has a storied heritage, having been set up in 1990.  Thirty years later, with a new management team in place, led by Argentine 3 goaler, Fabio Lavinia,  Andrew Burke, Clare Burke and Brigida Lavnia, the Club has an exciting vision for the future - to be a centre of excellence for polo in the UK.

The Club's management team combines expertise in polo, events and hospitality and fine wines, as well as financial expertise.

Cambridge and Newmarket Polo Club offers fun and competitive polo for all polo players throughout the year - either on the grass or in the arena.  Located in the heart of the fens - equidistant between Cambridge and Newmarket - our peat-based pitches are recognised as being among the best in the UK, which is important for the welfare of our ponies, and for our players.

Inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do at Cambridge and Newmarket Polo Club.  We welcome all players of all ages and abilities, from children to polo veterans and from non-riders to experienced players. We have a dedicated training academy which caters to the requirements of our younger, school-age players as well as to those of our adult beginners.

Polo is one of the only sports in which men and women compete together in mixed teams.  We are committed to promoting mixed team polo and we are strong supporters of women's polo. Our women teams compete  nationwide.
